We draft Wills, Power of Attorney Documents, Living Wills and advise on a range of estate law matters. We do not currently offer representation in estate litigation.

The Code prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, ancestry, place of origin, colour, ethnic origin, citizenship, creed, sex, sexual orientation, age, marital status, family status and disability.

We provide advice and representation to people who believe they have had their rights breached in any of the areas listed above. We also provide advice and representation to organizations and individuals who are alleged to have breached the Code.
